Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know about Blockyusha

What is Blockyusha?

A free browser game fusing Woodoku-style block puzzles with a card-battle RPG. Drag blocks onto a 9×9 board; clearing a full row, column, or 3×3 box attacks the enemy. Collect cute blocky animal heroes, build a team, climb the tower.

Is Blockyusha free?

Yes, completely free to play in your browser. It’s currently an in-development demo.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. It runs in your browser — no download, no install. Just go to blockyusha.com and press Play.

Can I play on mobile?

Yes. It’s designed mobile-first — drag blocks with your finger. Works on phone, tablet, and desktop browsers.

Is it like Woodoku? How is it different?

The core drag-and-clear loop feels familiar if you like Woodoku or Block Blast, but Blockyusha adds a full RPG layer: every clear is an attack, elements counter each other, you collect and team up heroes, and there are active skills and tower stages. In short: Woodoku × card-battle RPG.

How do I play?

Drag blocks onto the board and fill a full row, column, or 3×3 box to clear and attack. Damage depends on your heroes’ elements — hit a weakness for extra damage. See the full How to Play guide.

How many characters are there?

35 blocky animal heroes across families like cat, dog, bird, rat, rabbit, fish, and Taiwan’s endemic species. Browse every hero’s stats and skills in the Character Dex.

What is the 5-element system?

Five elements form a counter ring: Fire → Wind → Thunder → Earth → Water → Fire. Attacking the element you beat deals more; being countered deals less.

Do I need an account?

No account needed — just open and play.
